Lovely simple smudge kits with instructions. Smudging is the name given to the burning of these sacred herbs for the purpose of cleansing, purifying and sending out prayers. This is an excellent practice for clearing negative energy from a space, person or object and can be used as a preparation before meditation, healing or spiritual practices. 
Abalone or Paua Shell incorporates the beautiful colours of the sea and is closely connected to that of the Water element and the vibrations of Love, Beauty, Gentleness, Caring, Compassion and Peace. Abalone Shells havr been used in religious and spiritual ceremonies for countless ages, the Native Northwest American Indians used Abalone during their cleansing ceremonies and for offerings and prayers. 
You will receive a beautiful extra large shell, a White Sage Smudge Stick and a  Sage Spirit Smudge Stick which is a combination of sage, cedar sweetgrass and lavender,
As well as their spiritual properties, these herbs are also known for their beneficial medicinal properties, sage is anti-bacterial, cedar sweetgrass is thought to be beneficial for coughs and lavender helps anxiety and encourages calm. 
These Abalone shells are polished on the inside and left natural on the outside, each one is individual so will vary in size but are a minimum size of 15cm / 6" in length and approx 140grams and more.
