This lovely little English Rowan wood Spirit Bottle has been hand shaped with a central hollow which can house a spell, herbs, sigil etc... whatever you wish for manifestation, offerings, healing, charms or spell work.  
Hawthorn brings the energy of protection, creativity, self confidence, purification and patience. It has a masculine energy and is a sacred tree in Celtic Astrology being the guardian from 13th May to 9th June. Considered sacred by the Celtic summer flower maiden Olwen so also associated with the owl. Hawthorn is associated with the element of Air and is sacred to Aquarius and the wind lord Vashaan. It was often planted in the parameters of a cottage for protection. It is believed that fairies live in the hedges of Hawthorn especially if near ash or oak. Having Blackthorn and Hawthorn growing in a grove together creates a strong magical energy and we are blessed to have such a grove in our local ancient woodland. 
The little stopper is crafted from a piece of Elder wood which carries the energies of Faerie Magic, banishment, magical arts, protection from evil, imagination, change, and healing. Elder being a sacred Celtic tree we have also burnt the Elder Ogham (eadha) onto the stopper for added protection and energy. We have also added a beautiful piece of Amazonite crystal for vibration.
 
We were drawn to add a jumping hare symbol to the bottle which has then been finished with with our own natural beeswax, olive oil and lavender hand-blended wax.
Hawthorn being a sacred Celtic tree we have also burnt the Ogham symbol of huath on the athame for extra energy and protection.
