This gorgeous Hand Woven Altar Decoration Wall Hanging with Forest Energy and Vibes has been individually crafted using recycled fabrics, wools and cords with accents from vintage beads and charms, and we have suspended the piece from a found antler. The design evolves at we work, we just went with the flow, weaving, tying and knotting to create this charged magical piece. 
In ancient cultures wise women or the Wyrd would have woven the dreams, futures, hopes and fates of people into their work and weaving has always been considered a powerful form of spellcasting. This links in with First Nation use of dreamcatchers where the symbol of a web is used to catch negative energy.
The deer's antlers are one of the characteristics that have made it the figure of a spiritual superiority, as like a crown, the antlers grow beyond its body, bringing it closer to the sky and making it sacred. In many cultures, the deer is a symbol of spiritual authority.
We really felt the essence of the forest when creating this piece, the colours of the changing seasons.
